Step 2: Free Virtual Consultation (Optional)
Not sure which service is right for you? Book a free 30 minute consultation! During this session, we’ll discuss your skin concerns, goals, and any treatments you’re interested in. This is a great opportunity to get personalized advice and make sure you're booking the service that suits your needs best. This will be done virtually over zoom.
Step 3: Select Your Date and Time
Once you've chosen your service, pick a date and time that works for you from the available slots. Our online scheduler makes it easy to find a time that fits your schedule.
Step 4: Review Important Information
Before confirming your booking, please review the following policies and forms to ensure a smooth experience:
Cancellation Policy:
To respect everyone's time, we ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late Cancellations: A cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% fee.
No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the deposit or service fee is forfeited.
Deposit Information:
A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your total service cost. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please note that the deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your appointment.
Consent Form:
All new clients are required to complete a Consent Form before their first appointment. This form helps ensure that we tailor our services to your specific needs and skin type. You can complete the form online when booking your appointment or in person at your session (please arrive 10 minutes early if filling it out on-site).
The form asks for details about your skin, medical history, and any allergies to ensure safe, effective treatment.
Step 5: Confirm Your Appointment
Once you've selected your service, chosen a time, and reviewed the policies, you can confirm your appointment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details, and you’ll also get a reminder 24 hours before your session.
